Standing for:

Swansea West

My key issues are:

  • Tackling Poverty (young people)

  • More opportunities for disabled people

  • Gender Equality

Candidate profile:

I’m a 13 year old girl who is passionate about fundemental well-being and the rights of every young person.

I have a lot of experience, I’ve been involved with Sally Holland, Children’s Commissioner for Wales. In school I’m involved in the working parties for the rights of children, women and disabled people, and I’m also involved with the Welshness Committee. I have also been on the year council (two years in a row) and previously on the school council. I’m also involved with 'Stage Coach', which means that I can express my opinion and the opinions of other young people with confidence.

By means of clubs, daily life and the Internet I’m prepared to ask for the opinions of children in my area and in school regarding what they believe would help to improve the community.

If you vote for me I will take the role seriously and try my best to make a difference. It’s so important that young people are aware of their rights so that they can make a difference in their own lives and in the lives of those around them.
