Candidate profile:

I have spent all my life in Wales, living in the communities that are the backbone of our country and, I have a strong record of advocating for young people - I have had numerous articles published for a publication called 'Backbench' where I write about the importance of young people in politics and, I was elected to attend Labour's Youth Conference in 2016. In fact, just this summer I was among the invited participants at a conference for the Welsh Children's Commissioner about the importance of children's human rights.

Moreover, I attend a 2000-pupil strong comprehensive school where each day I work among and interact with a diverse group of young people and, learn about the wide-ranging issues that affect their everyday life, from poverty, education and discrimination.

Moreover, my parents work in the NHS and education, reminding me daily of the importance of these institutions, but also the problems that face them. Therefore, if elected I will actively listen to other young people, making myself easily contactable to all my constituents - making sure your voices are finally listened to and, your opinions which are too often ignored will be elevated to a national level with me as your representative.
