Molly Thomas

Standing for:

Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire

My key issues are:

  • Travel within Wales

  • Equipment/Wifi connection

  • More deaf clubs in Wales

Candidate profile:

Within my current school, I have been involved in the school council for the past two years. For the past year I have been the chair of the student council. since 2016, I have been involved in various youth councils/groups. I am a member of the National Deaf Children's society's youth parliament. I love to support and help others like me.

I was born in Wales and live there. I feel passionately about access for young people in Wales. As I know what it is like to be Welsh, I would like to stand up and be a voice for the young people of Wales. I would use technology to connect with my local community. Using emails and social media, I would collect the views of my fellow youths and ensure that these are passed on to the parliament group.

I am a passionate person with a clear and persuasive attitude when standing up for change,  I am an experienced chair person for council/parliament type groups. I will support others in getting the desired change in place.
