Candidate profile:

I want to be a Welsh youth parliament member because my lifelong dream has always been to make a positive impact on the people and places around me. My motivation and dedication have always come from seeing the people around me grow and flourish from my actions and the way I try to help others. I will ensure that the young people in Torfaen feel heard and represented as I attend local clubs such as a choir and a youth club. I also attend a local high school situated in the heart of Pontypool.

People should vote for me because I am an honest and hardworking individual who is trying hard to push the limits of my comfort zone and increase the confidence I have in myself, and the confidence other people have in me.

I am currently the year 9 representative on my high school's council, and I have previous school council and eco-committee experience from primary school. I have good verbal and written communication skills and a lot of experience with local issues, as my mother works frequently with vulnerable local people. I am very aware of the issues that affect young people.

Thank you for your time.
