Standing for:

Montgomeryshire

My key issues are:

  • Train times in rural areas

  • Recognition of Welsh Education System

  • Increased teaching of Financial Matter

Candidate profile:

My name is Jack Williams and I live in a town in Mid-Wales called Welshpool. I think that I would make an excellent Youth Parliament representative because I am good at feeding information into a group of people, as well as being able to get any point across. I speak with great clarity and I can take in information. I can also question people about their point to gain a greater understanding on the matter we are discussing.

My main focuses would be on a better Education system for people sitting their GCSEs, as I intend on making the Welsh syllabus a better recognised one. I also think that young people would benefit over better train times for remote areas and a wider teaching of life essentials eg. financial matter.

As stated before I think I would make a good Youth Parliament Representative because I would listen to everyone and strive to ensure that all problems that people came with were resolved. I have also been on the student body of my respective school since year 5 and from my current school have received training to be a youth ambassador another topic I feel could be better recognised.
