My key issues are:
I would like to apply to become a member of the Welsh Youth Parliament. I'm a year 9 pupil at Ysgol Bro Idris, Dolgellau and doing a great deal in the community. I take part in a lot of sports, such as hockey, gymnastics, dance, and I take part in teams inside and outside of school. I would like to represent the views of the young people of my area because I think everyone's views are important and equal. I would be delighted to be able to speak on behalf of the young people of Wales. I think that I am a suitable candidate because I am doing 5 hours of gymnastics every week and two and a half hours with young children, which is the skill of leading. I can work in a group and alone, and I'm comfortable speaking before an audience in Welsh or English. The aspects that matter to me are: 1. Human rights 2. Health 3. Wellbeing I believe that these aspects are important because human rights are important as they make us better people. Health and well-being are very important because this keeps us healthy and safe.
